These guys are friendly and seem to be on top of it. Like other places, they'll make suggestions except they don't shove it down your throat. They have a wide range of services, pricing is fair and I think they are being honest. I gotta' tell you. It's nice not feeling ripped off. :)

These guys are great. Friendly staff, knowledgeable & honest about what you need to fix & what can wait. They also gave me a free evaluation (unlike other shops in Holland), a ride back home & even let me make payments instead of one huge lump payment. I only wish more repair shops were like these guys & their manager Steve (nice guy). Anyway, I highly recommend them.

This place is always at the top of my list when is comes to getting my vehicle, or any other vehicle we own, worked on!! The service is outstanding and prices are always reasonable!! Always have a great experience!!

I know there are a lot of good mechanics out there, but I wanted to give a shout out in case anyone is looking for a place they can go that has incredible character, integrity, attitude and service: Westside Service Center in Zeeland is the only place we take our vehicles. Time and time again the past 3-4 years they have upheld their warranties & workmanship and been incredibly up-front and honest. A lot of times we will have several issues at once with a vehicle, and they are quick to let us know which issues CAN wait a couple of months while we save up the $$ and which are TRUE safety-NOW issues that we cannot wait to fix. My friend Holly B. recommended them to us years ago for the same reasons and we have NEVER been disappointed with their service!

I stoped in because my car was stuck in gear and I couldn't drive over 30mph. I was sure it was the transmission going out but it was just a speed sensor it's nice to go to a place that has their customers best interest in mind.

Love this place! These guys fixed what 6 other shops couldn't even find! They took their time and explained everything they were going tho do before they did it. No surprise costs. They called me everyday with updates on where they were at with repairs. Very professional & prices are reasonable. I even got a hand written thank you note, thanking me for allowing them to work on my car! How cool is that?

Took my car in for service met some awesome guys there. They helped me with questions about my car. and kept it for a look over. They gave me a loner. It was a suburban, I laughed because I'm only 4'10 the car is bigger then me. It would have look like a RUNAWAY vehicle. so had them fix my car, and they did an awesome job. there names are Jon, Derek, Tom, so ask for them and tell them Lori sent you. I was there first paid customer, They have a new location in Holland, They are so awesome , they will look over your vehicle and give you a cost estimate and tell you if your car needs to be fix or not before they do any thing, they are pretty reasonable and fair, honest, I would recommend them as my own personal Car doctor, check them out, you have nothing to loose,
