Got it done when they said they would and was a little cheaper than i expected.

WONDERFULLY PERSONABLE, GREAT WORK, QUICK SERVICE ON MY OIL CHANGE -- WHAT COULD BE BETTER?

Quoted a price for a new tire set. I agreed and dropped off car. When they called to say it was ready I again asked price (same) and asked if they took credit cards. Guy said yes and listed which ones. When I showed to pay they told me there was an extra 3.75% charge for using a credit card. Over and above the price they had twice quoted me. When I balked the guy told me I should have known because it's posted on their front door (it is). Would have been nice if he had mentioned it over the phone. Or when I first agreed to a price. I could have easily brought a checkbook. Moral of the story: they quote a cash price, then stick you with the real bill after you ride your bike 3 miles to get there. Very annoying. Beware. Oh: and they didn't fix my squeaking fan belt. Sprayed something on it that wore off after a day.

The service Is always great.

service was performed within the time frame estimated/quoted. low pressure environment (didn't feel like I was trying to be sold something I didn't need). friendly staff. Overall, it was a good experience. I'll keep this place in mind for future vehicle service.

We just moved to Holland and needed to find a good mechanic. I drove by Westside Service and was impressed with the building, and was equally impressed with the service that we got on my truck and our car as well.
