Westside is awesome!! Thoroughly (almost an hour) inspected a used vehicle I was considering. Took pictures and ran tests. Found an issue and explained the problem to me. Very impressed and they earned my business for all my future needs. Great talking to Marco. Very friendly staff.

We went to Westside Service for an air conditioning check, since the air conditioning recently started blowing hot air. We also heard a noise from the front end. They emailed us a detailed review with pictures etc, and called us to discuss replacing the air compressor, and one lower ball joint, and CV axle assembly. We told them to go ahead with the work. They were able to complete it all in the same day. We are very satisfied.

Friendly & knowledgeable staff. Got in and out in one day. Will have to drive vehicle for a while to see results. Price seemed high but did not compare with any other place.

Gave this place 3 chances and each time was a strike. First time was being the first garage to ever break a piece for an oil change and my car wouldn't drive until fixed. Second time was to fix Def lines. Realized how I could have had VW pay cover it but miss the deadline because a shop would rather make their money. Third was another oil change and still advised of a coolant leak for to drive it 24 hrs and when i got low coolant light again, opened hood to find my freaken cap sitting on the ledge. So coolant was going all over my engine. So if something so simple as caps cannot be properly put on without breaking anything, what are they doing deeper under the hood. My car began having more issues after coming to this location. Ended up selling the car because it became unreliable.
